To ensure the serenity of your stay and preserve the integrity of our historic residence, we invite you to take a look at our terms and conditions.

An exclusively adult residence
For safety reasons linked to the configuration of the residence (steep period staircases, high access) and to protect the works of art and collectors' items on display, ALOMBRE welcomes adults only.

Accessibility & Heritage
Listed as a Bâtiments de France building, our historic structure unfortunately does not allow us to install an elevator or PMR facilities. The three floors are accessed via an authentic 18th-century staircase. If you have special needs or slight mobility difficulties, please contact us: we'll do our utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

LIFE AT THE RESIDENCE

Atmosphere: For everyone's comfort, parties and events are only permitted on a fully-privatized basis.

Companions: Pets are not allowed.

Smoking areas : The interior of the residence is strictly non-smoking. There is, however, a dedicated smoking area in the peaceful patio.

LOGISTICAL INFORMATION

Arrivals & Departures

Check-in: Rooms are available from 2:00 pm.

Autonomy : For arrivals after 7:00 pm, a secure key box gives you free access to your accommodation.

Check-out : Please vacate your room by 12:00 pm. A luggage storage service is available to extend your discovery of Lectoure.

Comfort & Parking

Wi-Fi : High-speed connection included and available throughout the property.

Parking : Sardac's free public parking lot is just a stone's throw away, making it easy to park throughout your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that the unexpected is part of travel.

Flexibility : For a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 5 days before your arrival date.

Short notice : In the event of cancellation less than 5 days before your arrival date, no refund will be made.
